Service & Delivery

What area do you serve?

We serve customers across metro Atlanta, with freight available to the lower 48 for qualifying orders. Depending on your location and volume, delivery may be handled by our trucks or by freight — give us a call and we'll figure out the best option for you.

How quickly can you deliver?

In-stock standard pallets typically ship within 1–3 business days. Custom builds may take longer depending on size, quantity, and lumber requirements. Have an urgent need? Call us directly and we'll tell you what's possible.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Sometimes — it depends on inventory, order size, location, and driver availability. For urgent orders, call us directly and we'll let you know what we can do.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We supply manufacturers, warehouses, distribution centers, retailers, and other commercial sites.

Do you deliver pallets to my area?

We're based in College Park, GA and deliver across metro Atlanta, with freight available to the lower 48 states for qualifying orders. Send your ZIP code or city and we'll confirm the best delivery or pickup option for you.

How many pallets fit on a truck?

It depends on the trailer and whether the pallets are floor-loaded or stacked. As a rule of thumb, a 53' dry van holds 26 standard 48×40 pallets on the floor (up to ~30 turned), a 48' van about 24, and a 26' box truck around 12. Try our free truck loader to see how your exact load fits, with live weight and height safety checks.

Yes. Pickup is available by appointment at our College Park yard. Call ahead to schedule a time and we'll have your order staged and ready when you arrive.

Pallets We Stock & Build

What pallet sizes and grades do you stock?

Our standard inventory is the 48×40 pallet, also known as the GMA footprint, in Grade A and Grade B. We also build custom sizes based on your dimensions, load needs, and application.

What's the difference between Grade A and Grade B pallets?

Grade A pallets are fully repaired, more consistent, and cleaner in appearance — a good fit for retail, customer-facing areas, and cleaner warehouse use. Grade B pallets are recycled and repaired, which can include plugged or companion boards. They're a cost-effective option for most internal shipping and warehouse use.

Do you offer custom pallet sizes?

Yes. We build custom pallets to fit your product, equipment, warehouse setup, or shipping requirements. Send us the dimensions, estimated weight, and how the pallet will be used, and we'll help you dial in the right build.

What lumber do you use for your pallet builds?

We typically build with green pallet lumber, a common choice for domestic pallet applications because it's strong, cost-effective, and practical for standard use. If you need kiln-dried, heat-treated, or export-compliant pallets, let us know and we'll help you choose the right option.

What is a 48x40 GMA pallet?

The 48x40 pallet — often called the GMA pallet, after the Grocery Manufacturers Association that standardized it — is the most common pallet footprint in North America. It's the size we keep in stock in both Grade A and Grade B, and it fits most standard racking, forklifts, and trailers.

What's the difference between stringer and block pallets?

Stringer pallets use long boards called stringers to support the deck and usually allow two-way fork entry; block pallets use solid blocks and allow four-way entry. Our standard builds are stringer pallets — tell us how you load and move your pallets and we'll recommend the right design.

Do you sell new pallets?

Yes. We offer new pallets in addition to recycled Grade A and Grade B pallets and custom builds. Tell us your size, volume, and how the pallets will be used and we'll recommend the most cost-effective option.

Do you carry plastic pallets?

We specialize in wood pallets and don't stock plastic. If you need new, recycled, or custom wood pallets in standard or custom sizes, we can help.

Recurring Supply

Can you supply pallets on a recurring schedule?

Yes. We offer daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly standing orders. Once your schedule is set, we help keep your pallet supply consistent without you having to reorder each time.

Can you handle large-volume orders?

Yes. For larger or recurring needs, send us your estimated weekly or monthly volume and we'll review availability, lead time, and delivery scheduling.

Can you supply pallets for one-time projects?

Yes. We help with one-time orders for moves, storage, warehouse projects, shipping needs, or temporary demand spikes.

Selling Pallets to Us / Pickup & Removal

Do you buy used pallets?

Yes. Send us a count, pallet size, condition, and a few photos. We'll review and usually quote within one business day. For qualifying volumes, we can schedule on-site pickup — you don't haul a thing.

What types and condition of pallets do you buy?

We commonly buy standard 48×40 pallets, especially reusable Grade A and Grade B pallets. We may consider other sizes depending on condition, quantity, and demand. We're looking for pallets that are reusable or repairable. Pallets with missing boards, damaged stringers, heavy contamination, or severe rot may not qualify, but photos help us determine value fast.

Do you pick up excess or unwanted pallets from a business?

Yes, for qualifying volumes. If pallets are taking up space at your warehouse, dock, yard, or storage area, send us the size, quantity, location, and photos, and we'll let you know if pickup is available.

Do you pick up broken, damaged, or scrap pallets?

In some cases, yes — it depends on quantity, condition, and location. Send us photos and an estimated count so we can determine whether they have repair, recycling, or removal value.

Do you repair pallets for resale?

Yes. Many recycled pallets are repaired before resale. If you have reusable pallets that need repair, send us photos and a count and we'll review whether they have pickup or resale value.

Specialty & Export

Do you offer heat-treated or ISPM 15 pallets?

We don't stock heat-treated pallets in-house, but we may be able to source ISPM 15-compliant pallets through our partners. If you need pallets for export or international shipping, let us know when you reach out and we'll help identify the right option.

What's the difference between heat-treated and kiln-dried pallets?

Heat-treated pallets are treated to meet pest-control requirements, often for export. Kiln-dried pallets are dried to reduce moisture. They're not the same thing, so tell us how the pallets will be used and we'll point you in the right direction.

Pricing & Quotes

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 50 pallets. Close to that number or have a recurring need? Contact us and we'll work through the best option.

What affects pallet pricing?

Pricing depends on size, grade, quantity, lumber and fuel cost, availability, delivery distance, and whether the order is one-time or recurring. Pricing can shift as those costs change, but we'll always confirm clear pricing before scheduling your order.

How do I get a quote?

Call or message us. To buy pallets, send the pallet size, grade, quantity, delivery location, and whether it's a one-time or recurring order. To sell pallets, send the size, quantity, condition, location, and photos. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurately we can quote.

How fast can I get a quote?

Usually fast. Send your details by phone or message and we typically respond within one business day, often sooner. For urgent orders, calling us directly is the quickest way to get an answer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card, and net terms for approved accounts. Let us know what works best when you place your order.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is priced on the cost of the truck for your order, so it varies with distance, quantity, and route. We'll confirm clear delivery pricing along with your quote.
